Join Alan as he catches up with Joe Jackman - Founder and CEO of Jackman, author of The Reinventionist Mindset. They talk about how the world is changing faster than ever before and some companies aren’t able to make changes to keep up.  Joe says companies need to be able to reinvent themselves if needed, but this doesn’t mean start from scratch. Change is hard but irrelevance is a lot harder. Joe goes on to says that you need to create the future now.

Clint Padgett - CEO of Project Success Inc. talks about working his way up through the company and then buying the company and making himself the President of it.  He goes on to say he'd given up until he heard a song that inspired him to try one more time to try for a loan and he did. Clint says he may not be the smartest guy in the room but he is always the hardest working. They talk about how people don’t often communicate with each other effectively and how it’s even harder now that so many people are working remotely. Clint believes communication through conversation is very important in order to get your message across clearly. Small conversations that happen around a water cooler are a thing of the past.  We give ourselves credit for our good intentions, and others judge us by our results.
