Alan is joined by Ruth King- President of Business Ventures Corp, and they discuss how owners are afraid of firing employees whom work hard but have bad attitudes.  Finding replacements and having the fear of the unknown take a toll on owners.  To find an employee who will work as hard as a business, don't hold your breath.  Alan can relate and shares a tid bit of his experience in dealing with an intimidating presence.
